transformers with conventional mineral oil-filled or Factory-Mutual (FM) approved fluids (e.g. Envirotemp® FR3TM, Alpha, Beta, Midel, Silicone Fluids).
Depending on the application, we offer conventional liquid-filled, sealed tank, conservator, or positive pressure nitrogen systems.
Niagara's transformers are built using copper or aluminum windings with circular or elliptical shaped coil construction. UL recognized insulation systems are also offered.
Niagara Transformer provides liquid-filled transformers with tap-changing capability. Off-load is available in two ways: external switch, or an easily accessible internal link board.
On-load is available with an external switch (either vacuum/reactive interruption or conventional/resistive interruption).
Radiators, forced air, forced oil air, forced oil water, or oil with natural water-cooled heat exchangers are several options available for colling methods and increased capabilities.
